NADA's employment services connects job-seekers of all levels to job opportunities in the Moorhead/Fargo Area. Whether you have limited English proficiency, limited education and work experience or you have prior work experience, we can help you establish a meaningful and realistic employment plan.
NADA works with individuals to develop employment plans and match their transferable skills to meet the needs of local businesses. Improving family economic stability enables them to reach their goals of self-sufficiency. Employment leads not only to early economic self-sufficiency for families, but adds greatly to the integrity of families who seek to establish themselves in a new country and provide for their own needs.
Through our New Americans Employment Services, we provide the following:
Job skills training
Job readiness training
Orientation and introduction to the workplace
Job placement and job retention support
For job-seekers needing additional skills and training, NADA provides job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community services.
